This report documents a previous Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (CT DECD) economic impact analysis for two Mixmaster reconstruction concepts that were developed during an earlier Waterbury Interchange Needs Study (WINS) circa 2010.

This report documents primary existing and future conditions in the New Mix Planning & Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study Area that contribute to transportation problems (e.g. congestion, safety, substandard roadway geometrics, structural deficiencies) and includes conclusions and summary data from supporting technical analyses.
